Luz Saúde partners with HABIT to launch LUZ ON PRIME

Luz Saúde takes another step in the diversification of its service portfolio, with the launch of the LUZ ON PRIME card, built in partnership with Habit, the Portuguese startup that has been asserting itself in the international digital insurance and telecommunications market.

Available online since the end of April 2024, LUZ ON PRIME offers a set of exclusive benefits to Hospital da Luz customers, through the annual subscription to a program that gives access to clinical services and dedicated monitoring, 24 hours a day, all the days of the year.
With the aim of facilitating each customer's experience at the Hospital da Luz Network and providing personalized service whenever necessary, the LUZ ON PRIME subscription includes:
LUZ 360º Customer Manager;
Assignment of a Family Doctor, including a consultation or video consultation;
Basic clinical analysis and electrocardiogram package;
Healthcare in the comfort of your home;
Support in urgent situations, including a priority video consultation and transport to Urgent Care following triage via the LUZ 24 clinical support line.
So that Hospital da Luz customers can proactively manage their health and have access to personalized solutions that improve their quality of life, LUZ ON PRIME presents itself as a digital and modern health services solution, which can be subscribed directly to the MY LUZ app or at the receptions of our hospitals and clinics and via call center.
Meanwhile, and with the aim of expanding the offer of this service to new customers, Luz Saúde has just launched the LUZ ON PRIME program dedicated to business customers, with benefits for both companies and their employees.
'Value the health of your company with LUZ ON PRIME' is the motto of this program dedicated to corporate clients, for whose employees Luz Saúde extends health benefits, ensuring personalized monitoring and exclusive access to the Hospital Network's Health team from LUZ.
In the development of LUZ ON PRIME, Luz Saúde counted on the collaboration of Habit, one of the most distinguished insurtechs internationally, with whom it had already created the Health Evaluator, a digital tool to help better understand the health status of each person.
This startup, which operates a differentiating platform for the distribution of subscription and insurance products, creating solutions for companies in different sectors, has maintained close collaboration with Luz Saúde in the development of new digital products and services.
